48 Hours Cancellation and “No Show” fee Policy!

Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice, therefore Mink Canvas iLash Co. LTD reserves the right to charge a fee of the total service fee booked.

“No Show” fee will be charge directly to you at 100% full cost of the service.

“Last minute cancellation” Fee will be charged 50% of the total service fee booked.

Multiple “No Show” may result in termination from our salon.

Lash Lift Clients: Please refrain from wearing any eye makeup or creams/oils for 24 hours before the appointment. We will have the right to reschedule your appointment.

For any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us at least 48hrs so that there be no charges. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, therefore we may not guaranteed the full satisfaction of the results.

If for any reasons, you have issues with your lashes, brows, or nails in the first four days of your full set or fill, please feel free to bring it up to our attention by email or call in so we may promptly and professionally deal with the matters accordingly.

Within one week of your original schedule appointment, a complimentary fix appointment will be on us.

After four days notification of the issue, your privilege of complimentary fix appointment will no longer accepted therefore scheduling an appointment will result with a charge.

Our 48 hours cancellation and “no shows” fee policy will also be implemented on complimentary fix appointment.

It is our job to make sure you are walking out that door completely satisfy with a smile.
